Once an order is placed, you can view the status of the repair by logging into your account. When the status of repair is updated you will also receive an email.
We try our very best to save your data but we cannot guarantee this as on occasion a repair may require a device restore. We would recommend that you backup your device before sending in for repair.
All parts which we replace come with a 12 month warranty. Warranty doesn't cover any new accidental damage, new water damage or any cracks on your device.
You don't need to send these as they are not required, please just send the Device.
As long as the repair has not been started or mailed in, you are welcome to Contact Us in order to cancel your order. Please quote your reference number when requesting a cancellation. If the device has been mailed in, there will be a return fee of £9.99 to post the item back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We aim to complete all repairs within 3 - 5 working days of receipt. By booking our Fast Track service, we aim to complete these repairs on the same day of receipt. Please be advised that external factors beyond our control can cause delays (for example, if a passcode is required for testing purposes or if additional work is required).
All devices are returned via DPD on Next Day Delivery as this is included within the repair cost..
All models listed on our website come with the correct image, the easiest way to check your model is to compare it with these images. Check for model numbers on the rear case and if applicable, the battery and inside the battery cover. Alternatively, contact your manufacturer for more information.
